Photoshoots, music videos, art galleries, and movie recordings are available in this space. We have had live streaming DJ performances in the past that work very well with our operations. There is a public restroom. Water, electric, heat and air conditioning in this facility. Our building has waste management units outside for trash and recycling.

We mop the floors and spray surfaces with disinfectant products. There is a service we can recommend for cleaning that will be the renters expense.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
