Daily Cleaning: (done multiple times a day) Before Classes: Sweep or vacuum studio floors to remove dust and debris. Sanitize high-touch surfaces - door handles, light switches, countertops, and water stations. Check bathrooms: restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels) and spot-clean mirrors, sinks, and floors. Between Classes: Instructors or staff disinfect all equipment used in the prior class. Straighten props, reformers, and mats for a tidy appearance. Dry mop floors Spot-clean mirrors and floors if needed End of Day: Vacuum and mop floors. Wipe down front desk area, retail shelves, and seating areas. Sanitize all equipment and high-touch surfaces once more. Take out trash and recycling and replace liners Check for maintenance issues (burnt-out lights, damaged equipment, etc.). Weekly & Monthly Deep Cleaning Processes Studio Floor & Equipment (Weekly): Move all reformers and large equipment to clean underneath and behind them. Deep clean reformers: wipe down frames, ropes, springs, and footbars. Wash all straps, handles, and props (e.g., balls, blocks, and bands) with mild soap and disinfectant. Deep scrub and sanitize mirrors and windows. Vacuum and mop all corners and baseboards. Bathrooms & Common Areas (Weekly): Deep clean toilets, sinks, and grout. Sanitize all fixtures and handles. Wipe down and disinfect lockers, benches, and shelves. Clean and polish front desk, display areas, and any merchandise shelves. Additional Monthly Tasks (as needed): Dust vents, ceiling fans, light fixtures, and tops of mirrors. Wash or steam-clean curtains, rugs, and upholstery. Replace air filters and check HVAC system for proper airflow. Sanitize and descale humidifiers or diffusers. Inspect and sanitize sound systems and tablet/iPad screens.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
