-This is our 3rd home we have listed on Peerspace- our former homes (which we have since sold) were used to film commercials, photo shoots, and more. We loved working with all of the crews and our quick response time and helpful suggestions were what earned us a great reputation for those homes. Our space is regularly cleaned with a professional cleaning crew and special measures are taken prior to bookings to make sure that it is spotless, free of clutter, and looks like a staged model home!
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
