Clean and well-maintained, but not fancy, this is an ideal place for people looking for a convenient location in Wilmette close to 94 Expressway who just want to keep it simple and cozy. One of the bedrooms is also listed on Airbnb, so it's possible to coordinate plans to sleep over. The owner can either give your privacy or help you with your event. Amenities include: Party sizes up to 30, couch/chair space for 20 Living Room / Dining Room Combo plus bonus room with breakfast bar adjacent to kitchen. Full Kitchen Pool table in basement 2 bathrooms for you and your guests. Patio for sitting outside, barbecues, smoking, etc... Somewhat accessible - front entry has two stairs. Stair 1 is 4 inches high. Stair 2 is 6 inches high. Once inside no stairs except down to the pool table. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

All surfaces in the kitchens and bathrooms are disinfected before and after gatherings. Most of the chairs and sofas are leather. The sectional sofa has covers which are removed and washed regularly.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
