Beautiful Suburban Natural Light Meeting Space with FREE PARKING

This a beautiful and bright natural light studio in New Hope, Minnesota. Featuring a 800 square foot open space and 14 foot metal ceilings. Though on the second floor we do have an elevator, making it easy access. We are close to both Hwy 100 and 169, super easy to find and plenty of FREE PARKING. Though functioning as a luxury photography studio during the day, we are not looking to rent to other photographers at this time. We particularly love renting to people who are educators, business owners or coaches presenting workshops or creating group gatherings. Eventually this would be a great place to record video, however we need to create some sound mitigation first (because of the metal roof). We have a large 77inch OLED TV easily connected to by laptop for presentations. WIFI. 40 folding chairs and 3 8ft folding tables with a large open area that can be set up to accommodate any meeting or class. We also have a sitting area that can be moved around the room depending on the needs of the event. Just outside our space in the hall we have bathrooms and water fountains available to all visitors. Most of our rental hours will be after 5pm during the week, though occasionally a weekend will be available. We live really close, so you are presented with any issues during the rental we can usually pop over easily to assist.
