About The Marigold Room

For years a beloved neighborhood market & gas station, it is now a charming, comfortable group space. The outdoor / indoor flow is in part what makes this smaller event venue so special. The natural wood wall decoration and built-ins were crafted by the owner in order to give it a unique style, and differentiate from cookie-cutter options. Although in a quaint neighborhood setting, the location on a 3-way corner lends itself to privacy and easy access. Through the rustic gates to the garden patio and deck with outside bar, the patio doors then enter to the Dance Hall, which can be used for seating, display, buffet or dancing. This leads to the Big Hall which comfortably seats 28 at round wood tables with room to spare. (Standard seating is for 28. Please add on tables and chairs if you would like more seating.) Overflow seating can be on the Dance Hall, Garden Patio or Deck. Indoor / outdoor spaces are each about 750sf. Add on options, including kitchen area with tableware, and additional tables & chairs are available.

There is a large sink in a closet in the Dance Hall for guest use. Also, supplies for cleaning up are kept in there for guest use.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
