Welcome to a versatile and welcoming space perfect for banquets, church services, community gatherings, small conferences, classes, and special events. This commercial building offers a roomy open layout that comfortably accommodates up to 65 guests, making it ideal for groups of all kinds. The main hall features an open floor plan that can be arranged for seating, worship, presentations, or dining setups. It has a clean, neutral look that works well for both spiritual gatherings and general events. There is also an optional front café area that can be added to your reservation for extra hosting or fellowship space. This area is perfect for meet-and-greets, serving refreshments, or creating a warm welcome atmosphere. Add-Ons for Your Event: • Black chair covers – $60 • Black tablecloths – $60 • Both chair covers + tablecloths – $120 • Bluetooth speaker (for your use) – $25 • Café Package (Recommended) – $100 Includes: café area access, food warmers, and commercial coffee maker (makes 70–100 cups) Coffee, cups, and supplies are not included • Commercial coffee maker only – $25 (No café area or food warmers included) Coffee, cups, and supplies are not included • Experienced pastor available for your event – $75 • Sound technician (operates sound system, mics, etc.) – $125 Rates & Requirements: $98 per hour 3 -hour minimum booking $100 cleaning fee No liquor is permitted Availability: Our space is available for church services during the following times on Sundays: ✅ Available Times: • 7:00 AM • 8:00 AM • 9:00 AM • 10:00 AM • 11:00 AM • 12:00 PM • 5:00 PM and later ❌ Not Available: • 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM (This time slot is already reserved by another church service.) Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
