The space is perfect for content creation, podcasting, photography, interviews, meetings, workshops, and private client sessions. The layout includes a dedicated podcast/recording room, two private rooms ideal for office use, coaching, beauty services, therapy, or storage, plus an open common area that can be used for filming or small group setups. A full kitchen and two bathrooms add comfort and flexibility for longer sessions. The suite is handicap accessible, with easy ground-level entry and wide pathways. Guests also benefit from 3 dedicated parking spaces, additional free parking around the building, and a 24/7 camera-monitored exterior for added peace of mind. Clean, quiet, and versatile, this space is designed to support a wide range of creative and professional activities.

We take cleanliness seriously to ensure every guest has a comfortable and professional experience. The space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each booking, including all high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, tables, countertops, and shared equipment. Bathrooms and the kitchen area are disinfected before every reservation, and floors are swept, mopped, or vacuumed as needed. The podcast room, private rooms, and common areas are reset and organized so guests arrive to a clean, ready-to-use environment. We provide trash bins and cleaning wipes on-site, and guests are asked to leave the space in the same condition they received it. For productions or longer sessions, we can arrange additional cleaning support upon request. Our goal is to ensure that every guest walks into a fresh, safe, and well-maintained studio for their booking.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
