Your booking includes access to: • Creative Studio: A versatile photo and video space with continuous and strobe lighting and multiple modifiers. Features flexible sets and a growing inventory of paper backdrops, fabric drapings, moveable décor, and styled props, designed to let you explore your creativity without limits. Includes a white cyclorama wall and styled corners for multiple looks in one session. • Lounge Area: A warm, editorial space with soft seating and intentional styling, included with every booking. Perfect for client sessions, interviews, breaks, and relaxed shooting setups. The studio also features a spotlight with 25 gobo patterns and 4 color filters, a full-length mirror, and styled elements that can be moved to fit your vision. Available 24 hours a day with self-access, book at any time that works for you. Podcast Room and Self-Portrait Studio are available as separate listings. Ideal for creators, photographers, small business owners, brands, and workshop hosts looking for a flexible, multi-look studio in the northwest Minneapolis suburbs.

    Health and Safety Measures

    We keep the studio clean, organized, and ready before every booking. All high-touch surfaces, seating, equipment, and props are wiped down and reset so guests walk into a fresh space. Backdrops and sets are checked for marks or wrinkles, the podcast room is reset with sanitized headphones and mics, and the self-portrait area is cleaned between uses. We ask guests to tidy up after themselves, throw away trash, and return furniture or props to their original spots so the next group can enjoy the same clean environment.

    Cancellation Policy

    Flexible

    Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
