After each booking, the space is thoroughly cleaned and reset to ensure a safe and welcoming experience for all guests. Our cleaning process includes: -Sanitizing high-touch surfaces, including door handles, tables, seating, and shared equipment -Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms -Sweeping, mopping, and resetting all floors and common areas -Trash removal and restocking of essential supplies -Resetting furniture and the space layout for the next guest -A final walkthrough to ensure the space meets our standards before the next booking The space is cleaned before every event so guests can arrive to a well-maintained, ready-to-use environment.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
