Please help us keep the space in great condition by: • throwing away trash and food • wiping up spills • returning furniture and props to original spots • leaving the studio in the same condition you found it If your shoot requires heavy cleanup (glitter, confetti, paint, sand, liquids, etc.) please let us know ahead of time. Additional cleaning fees may apply depending on the situation. Our goal is to ensure every guest walks into a clean, professional studio—ready for production.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
