Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We take action to maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional environment for every guest. After each booking, the studio is thoroughly cleaned and reset to ensure it’s photo-ready and sanitized. This includes: • Disinfecting all high-touch surfaces, including door handles, keypads, light switches, and furniture • Wiping down props, seating, and equipment between sessions • Sweeping and mopping floors • Emptying trash bins and refreshing the space with proper ventilation • Deep cleaning performed regularly to maintain a high standard of hygiene and presentation Guests are expected to leave the studio in good condition, resetting any moved furniture and removing trash. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
