Gorgeous renovated townhouse with 11' ft ceilings on the parlor level. The staircase is a showstopper when you walk through the front door. Large open floor plan with living room and sit in kitchen. Fantastic art and furniture throughout the house. The kitchen has beautiful natural light. 2 large glass doors open to a deck that overlooks the backyard. There is a full bathroom in classic black and white 1930s tiles in between the rooms. The outside of the house has not been renovated and has that old school Greenpoint look. Upstairs we have 2 bedrooms (adult and kids) and an extra bathroom. A peaceful oasis in a bustling neighborhood, the suite is on the lower floor of our family-occupied 2-story unit in a typical Brooklyn townhouse. Conveniently located at the border of Greenpoint and Williamsburg near McCarren Park. Lots of shopping, great food options, and only 20 mins away from Manhattan.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
