Welcome to our studio! Conveniently, located in the heart of downtown Riverside, our studio is sure to meet your creative and photographic needs. You’ll find yourself within walking distance of popular bars and restaurants, as well as the historic Mission Inn Hotel. Newly renovated and painted space. We are located on the second floor of a vintage building and are handicap assessable via elevator. Perfect for content creating, photo shoots, podcasts, video-production and more! Women owned and operated! Our studio is 420 square feet of vintage charm. White walls and flooring are the perfect touches for a modern, minimalistic look that embodies downtown Riverside at its finest. There are two rooms for shooting and photo-shoot preparation. The studio receives a generous amount of natural light in the morning to afternoon hours. This light cannot be blocked out. Our studio comes fully furnished to accommodate guests comfort. Furniture and fixtures may be moved as long as they are moved back to their original location at the end of your production. Our studio is run by fellow photographers and content creators, so if you need anything not listed below, please reach out! We're always happy to ensure your production is a success! Photo equipment is also available for those photographers in need! This includes photo lights (Bowens flash umbrella lighting), photo paper (white) and paper stand. There is also a parking garage directly across the street from the building. Parking must be paid for via the QR code provided in each lot. Parking is free on weekends ONLY. Parking payment is the responsibly of the guest. Studio Rules: Last, but not least, we ask you to please respect our space and treat it as if it were your own. Please, do not disturb fellow tenants. No loud music or noises. Please, leave the space as you found it and clean up after your production. This includes moving furniture, props, and fixtures back to their original location. We're so happy to share our space with you and would like to keep the integrity of it for all future renters. No pets, please. Please, no smoking or drug use of ANY sort. No candles or open flames. In the event that any damages occur during your rental, we will adhere to the Peerspace policies.
