Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We take cleanliness and safety seriously to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests. The studio is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each booking. High-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, restrooms, furniture, and shared equipment are disinfected regularly. Floors are swept and mopped between sessions, and trash is removed after every booking. Hand sanitizer and basic cleaning supplies are available on site for guest use.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
