Other times can be accommodated, please reach out for a quote. ★ RATES MONDAY-THURSDAY: $125/HR - 8am-8pm $225/HR - 8pm-10pm FRIDAY-SUNDAY: $225/HR - 8am-8pm $325/HR - 8pm-10pm • 4hr minimum for all bookings. • Bookings are in the door to out the door including load-in, set-up and load-out. • Overtime is 1.5x the hourly rate, billed in 30 minute increments. • A $500 security deposit is required, via PayPal. • A $150 cleaning fee applies to all event bookings. ★ DESCRIPTION & SPECS Welcome to our 1500 square foot studio located on the top floor of an industrial building in Bushwick, Brooklyn with Manhattan views. Conveniently located just a 5 minute walk from the Jefferson Street L train station. The space features high ceilings, concrete floors, huge windows and tons of natural light. The open floor plan is very versatile. There are newly renovated bathrooms on the floor and a freight elevator for easy load in/out. Any other usage is prohibited. Usage must be identified and agreed upon at the time of booking. • Maximum occupancy is 20 people. • No set construction is permitted within or around the studio or building including hallways and sidewalk. • Out of respect for our neighbors, studios have a volume limit & live performance of any kind is not permitted. • Any and all usage of loose glitter or confetti requires prior approval and is subject to a cleaning charge of at least $300. • Any usage of foggers, hazers, fire, smoke or pyrotechnics is strictly prohibited. • Any usage of HMI or Tungsten lighting is subject to an added electricity usage surcharge of $200. • Animals are not permitted without prior written consent. • Sofas, plants and other furniture cannot be relocated for usage as props. If plants or other furniture are in your way please let the studio manager know.

Health and Safety Measures

We allow time between every booking to thoroughly clean and disinfect surfaces, clean floors, remove trash and ensure the studio is in top shape.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
