Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Your comfort and peace of mind are important to us. Before every event, our ranch goes through a thorough cleaning and sanitation process to ensure the space is fresh, safe, and ready for your celebration. All restrooms are deep-cleaned and disinfected, including sinks, toilets, and high-touch surfaces. Common areas, tables, chairs, and frequently used surfaces are carefully wiped down and sanitized. Outdoor areas are cleared of debris, swept, and prepared to maintain a clean and welcoming environment. Trash receptacles are emptied and lined, and hand-washing stations are fully stocked for guest use. After each event, we complete a full post-event cleaning to prepare the ranch for the next celebration. We take pride in maintaining a clean, well-kept venue so you and your guests can relax and enjoy your special day with confidence.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
