The main area features exposed brick walls, polished concrete floors, and high ceilings, creating a warm industrial aesthetic. An additional adjacent space with clean white walls provides a contrasting environment ideal for photoshoots, video production, gallery-style displays, breakout rooms, or minimalist presentations. The venue is filled with dozens of windows and a skylight running the length of the space, providing abundant natural light throughout the day. A private outdoor patio/courtyard totaling approximately 1,275 square feet extends the usable footprint and can be utilized alongside the interior space during events. Custom ramps allow vehicles and equipment to be driven directly into both the courtyard and the interior, making the venue especially well-suited for automotive showcases, experiential events, product launches, and production load-ins. The space can comfortably accommodate up to 99 seated guests indoors and 99 guests outdoors. Guests may move furniture and configure the layout to suit their event. Tables and chairs are not provided, allowing full flexibility in event design. Amenities include restrooms, a kitchenette, ADA-accessible entry, three on-site parking spaces (including one ADA spot), and free street parking nearby. The space is professionally cleaned and inspected between bookings to ensure a clean, welcoming environment for every guest. High-touch surfaces, restrooms, and common areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to each event. Guests are asked to remove all personal items, decorations, and event materials at the end of their booking and to dispose of trash properly. The space should be left in broom-clean condition, similar to how it was received. For events that require additional cleanup due to production needs, large installations, or specialty use, additional cleaning arrangements may be required and will be discussed in advance.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
