• Please treat the space with care and leave it as you found it. • All setup and breakdown time must be included in your booking. • Do not exceed the approved guest count. • Keep noise at a reasonable level out of respect for neighboring businesses. • Light food and beverages are allowed; no cooking, open flames, or strong odors. • No smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises. • Furniture may be moved but must be returned to its original placement. • Filming or photography is allowed only within your booked time and areas. • Bag all trash and place it in designated bins before departure. • Any damages or excessive cleaning may result in additional fees.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The space is professionally cleaned before each booking. Guests are responsible for basic cleanup, including wiping down surfaces used, returning furniture to its original placement, and bagging all trash. Excessive mess or failure to follow cleanup guidelines may result in an additional cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
