Beautiful 148 acre property with 2500 sq ft home and 5 ponds available for birthday parties, wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, vow renewals, graduation parties, baby showers, holiday parties, family reunions, meetings, and all kinds of events.
You will have gated access to the property where you can choose multiple locations to have your event. You will have use of the home which will include 2 full bathrooms upstairs, half bath downstairs, master bedroom upstairs for changing, living room, kitchen, screened in porch and upstairs balcony.

We clean all areas of the property after each booking. All door handles, appliances, faucets, and surfaces are sanitized after each booking.
We ask guests to please take all trash in provided trash bags to the trash can at the front gate.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
