Our cleaning team follows a rigorous enhanced checklist before every booking to ensure the space is sanitized, camera-ready, and welcoming. Interior Sanitization High-Touch Surfaces: All door handles, light switches, smart home panels, and remotes are disinfected using hospital-grade sanitizers. Flooring: The natural maple hardwood floors are vacuumed and cleaned with specialized pH-balanced wood cleaners to preserve their finish and cleanliness. Kitchen & Surfaces: The marble waterfall island and countertops are cleaned with stone-safe, non-acidic disinfectants to ensure a sterile food staging area without damaging the natural stone. Furnishings: Our curated Four Hands furniture and textiles are spot-cleaned and lint-rolled to ensure they are photo-ready. Air & Water Quality Ventilation: The home features a modern HVAC system, and we encourage guests to utilize the floor-to-ceiling RAM windows and sliding glass doors to circulate fresh air before and during their event. Water: The kitchen is equipped with a whole-home water filtration and softening system, ensuring all available drinking water is purified. Exterior Maintenance Outdoor Oasis: The "Mediterranean Oasis" patio, including the outdoor kitchen and seating areas, is swept and wiped down prior to arrival. Landscaping: The garden, pool area, and walkways are maintained weekly to ensure the "living fence" and Titan Boxwoods are manicured for your production backdrop

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
