Cleaning Process – Serenity Podcast Studio We take cleanliness and care of our space seriously to ensure a comfortable and professional experience for every guest. The podcast studio is professionally cleaned on a regular schedule by our on-site cleaning staff. High-touch surfaces (tables, seating areas, door handles, and shared equipment surfaces) are cleaned between bookings or at the end of each day, as appropriate. Common areas, including hallways and entry points, are cleaned and maintained routinely throughout the week. Trash is removed regularly, and the space is reset to be welcoming and ready for the next guest. Guest Expectations While the studio is professionally maintained, guests are expected to clean up after themselves during and after their session. Please dispose of trash properly and notify the host if any spills or issues occur during your booking. Our goal is to provide a clean, well-maintained environment that allows you to focus fully on creating—without distractions.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
