Inside, the home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area with seating for 8, and a comfortable living room for relaxing or hosting. Downstairs, you’ll find a fun entertainment setup with a game room featuring a pool table and a large TV, along with a laundry room and a dedicated workspace for prep, planning, or production needs.

After every guest checks out, our professional cleaning team completes a full turnover to make sure the home is cleaned and disinfected for the next stay. We thoroughly clean the bedrooms, living room, and common areas by dusting (including ceiling fans), removing cobwebs, wiping blinds and all accessible surfaces, disinfecting high-touch points like doorknobs and light switches, cleaning mirrors/glass, vacuuming carpets and floors, mopping hard floors, wiping baseboards and doors, and making all beds. In the bathrooms, we scrub and disinfect the toilet, shower/tub, and sink, wipe mirrors, clean cabinet exteriors, baseboards, and finish with vacuuming and mopping. In the kitchen, we dust and wipe all accessible surfaces, sanitize the sink and countertops, clean the microwave inside and out, polish appliances, wipe cabinet exteriors, and vacuum and mop the floors—so the home is fresh, reset, and ready for every arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
