We offer: -LONG MEETING TABLE, that can sit up to 12 people. -PHOTO BAY with a PRIVATE CHANGING ROOM equipped with a clothing rack, full body mirror, and ironing board and steamer to keep you looking fresh! -LIVING ROOM next to our OFFICE MEETING TABLE, fully furnished. -CATERING AREA for those that bring their own catering crew/food. All sets include access to all available equipment including our lights, c-stands, backdrops, sound blankets, props, speakers and extension cords. Bathrooms located on every floor. Additional addons available. Please ask us any questions you may have!

We have cleaners come every day except weekends. We also personally clean the studio before/after each booking.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
