Built in 1927, this Norman Revival hillside home combines historic charm with production-friendly flexibility. Large original casement windows, skylights, and French doors fill the interiors with soft natural light throughout the day. Great For: lifestyle photo + editorial stills · branded content · short-run commercial shoots · social campaigns The open living and dining areas connect directly to a flat courtyard, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor flow that continues down side stairs into a garden backyard with a brick patio and grass/meadow space beneath a mature Chinese Elm. A spacious primary suite with soaking tub and walk-in closet serves as a comfortable client-holding or hair-and-make-up area. Original hardwood floors, exposed beams, and arched millwork lend each room visual character without overpowering set design. The home spans 2,440 sq ft over two levels with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, offering flexible spaces for wardrobe, HMU, or staging gear. A street-level attached garage allows easy load-in for most shoots, while free street parking makes crew arrival simple. Natural-light note: best daylight between 10 AM – 3 PM in skylit main rooms.
