Health and Safety Measures

Cleaning Process * The space is professionally cleaned before each booking, including floors, bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, and high-touch areas. * Furniture, fixtures, and commonly used surfaces are wiped down and inspected prior to guest arrival. During the Booking * Productions are expected to maintain cleanliness throughout the shoot. * Trash should be placed in provided bags and bins as it accumulates. Post-Booking Expectations * The space must be returned in the same condition it was received. * All trash, food containers, and production materials must be removed from the property at wrap. * Furniture and décor moved during filming must be returned to original placement. * Floors should be free of debris, spills, or equipment residue. Additional Cleaning Fees * Bookings that require excessive cleaning, deep cleaning, or trash removal beyond standard use may incur an additional cleaning fee. Damage & Spills * Any spills, stains, or damage must be reported immediately. * Productions are responsible for the cost of repairs or professional cleaning related to damage. This cleaning process helps ensure a safe, professional environment for all productions and preserves the quality of the space for future booking.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
