About the Space
Located along the San Francisco waterfront in the historic Fort Mason Center between Fisherman’s Wharf and the Golden Gate Bridge, the 40-person capacity BATS Improv Annex is the ideal place to hold a meeting, rehearsal, or yoga class. The annex features a sprung wood floor, seats and white boards and wheelchair accessibility. Additional tables and chairs are rentable via Fort Mason Center for an added fee.
Please note that all renters are asked to acquire liability insurance. Popular vendors will be furnished upon booking (or by request).

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
