Layout & flow Upstairs meeting & event space A private floor that accommodates up to 100 seated guests or 150 standing guests, suitable for presentations, panels, networking events, or seated dinners. The space includes access to a private bar, ideal for hosted receptions or post-meeting cocktails. Outdoor patio breakout space A comfortable outdoor patio accommodating about 30 guests, featuring a glass roof and water fountain. This space works well for informal conversations, breakout sessions, or relaxed networking between meeting segments. The two-level design allows events to flow naturally—for example, presentations upstairs followed by networking or cocktail hour on the patio. Health and Safety Measures

The space is professionally cleaned and maintained daily by our in-house staff. All guest areas, restrooms, high-touch surfaces, and event spaces are thoroughly cleaned before and after each booking to ensure a well-kept and comfortable environment for every event.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
