The space is professionally cleaned before every booking. All surfaces, floors, bathrooms, and kitchen areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, and the home is carefully reset and staged prior to each guest’s arrival. High-touch areas receive extra attention, and sufficient time is scheduled between bookings to allow for detailed cleaning and inspection. We take pride in providing a spotless, well-maintained environment for every guest. Guests are expected to leave the space in respectful condition at the end of their booking.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
