Studio 37 is an adaptable creative space ideal for art exhibitions, photography and film shoots, creative events, and intimate productions. The studio offers 1,200 square feet of open indoor space with a flexible layout that can be arranged for gallery-style displays, filming, workshops, or pop-up experiences, complemented by a 600 square foot outdoor area suitable for installations, breaks, or additional shooting space. Unique features include a clean, minimalist aesthetic, natural light, and practical amenities such as a mini kitchen (no stove), a private bathroom, and foldable tables and chairs available upon request, making the space both inspiring and functional for a wide range of creative uses.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
