We saw the magic in the natural light and brought it back to life—ripping down three layers of drywall to reveal the original brick, removing the drop ceilings to restore 15’ height with natural wood, reframing the oversized industrial windows with dentil molding, and finishing it all with a milky white epoxy floor. The result is a space that feels open, elevated, and like your soul can finally breathe and create. Tucked into the Pepperell Place mill building just off Mill Street, the studio is a hidden gem—private and quiet, yet right in the heart of downtown Pepperell with local shops nearby and only minutes from the New Hampshire line. Inside, you’ll find one open 20' x 24' room designed to flex with your vision—perfect for photo shoots, branding sessions, and content creation. Free parking is available right out front, and longer bookings (up to 8 hours) unlock more savings—ideal if you want time to build, shoot, and create without feeling rushed.
