About Upscale Meeting & Training Space

The Leadership Center is ideal for small-group leadership meetings, workshops, training sessions, coaching, professional development classes, workforce development programs, strategic planning meetings, and facilitated discussions. The space works well for conversations, presentations, certifications, and collaborative sessions designed for fewer than 50 participants. It is not intended for large events or worship services. What is the layout of the space and how can different areas be used? The space features a large front training room that serves as the primary meeting area for presentations, workshops, and group discussions. A central hallway connects to supporting spaces, including private offices for breakout sessions or coaching, a hospitality/lounge area for informal conversations, and a rear open meeting space that can be used for small group discussions or networking. The layout allows for flexibility while maintaining a professional and organized flow. What unique features or amenities does your space have? The Leadership Center is designed as a professional leadership and workforce development hub. Unique features include a clean, modern meeting environment, on-site video security cameras for safety, shared retail parking for guests, and a setting intentionally created for focused learning and meaningful conversation. The space is welcoming, community-oriented, and ideal for leaders, educators, coaches, and facilitators looking for a purposeful meeting environment.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Trash & Clean-Up Instructions – The Leadership Center • Guests are responsible for removing all trash generated during their booking. • Please place all trash in large, sealed garbage bags (bags must be tied securely). • Once bagged, trash should be taken through the building to the rear exit. • Place all sealed garbage bags neatly by the back door in the designated area. • Do not leave loose trash, boxes, or food waste inside the space. • All tables, chairs, and common areas should be returned to their original condition. • Any spills should be wiped up promptly to prevent damage or staining. Failure to follow these clean-up instructions may result in an additional cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
