Cleaning Procedures & Expectations To ensure the space remains pristine for all guests, renters are required to follow the cleaning procedures outlined below. The venue must be left in the same condition in which it was found at the start of the booking. This includes floors, furniture, restrooms, and all common areas used during the event. Trash Removal All trash generated during your booking must be bagged and taken to the onsite dumpster prior to departure. Trash may not be left inside the venue, hallways, restrooms, or exterior areas. Food & Beverage Cleanup • All leftover food and beverages must be removed from the space • Tables, counters, and surfaces must be wiped free of spills and residue • No food, drinks, or décor may be left behind Furniture & Décor • Furniture must be returned to its original placement • Any items brought into the venue must be removed by the end of your booking Floors & General Tidiness • Floors must be free of excessive debris, spills, or sticky residue • Confetti, glitter, flower petals, or similar materials are not permitted Failure to Comply If the venue is left excessively dirty, damaged, or not returned to its original condition, additional cleaning or repair fees will be assessed and charged to the renter. Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
