About Vinoteca

This intimate, thoughtfully designed space is ideal for workshops, meetings, conferences, and private gatherings. The main feature is a long conference-style table that comfortably seats up to 18 guests. The table can remain as one continuous setup for group discussions or be divided into two separate tables to accommodate breakout groups or simultaneous activities. Additional seating is available on a comfortable couch, creating a more relaxed area for conversation or informal collaboration. A separate table can be used for water service, snacks, event materials, or merchandise displays. A private bathroom is available on-site for guest convenience. The layout allows for both structured and social formats, making the space well-suited for conferences, educational workshops, team meetings, and small private events where guests can gather, learn, and connect in a warm, welcoming environment.

Health and Safety Measures

The space is thoroughly cleaned before and after each booking. All tables, seating areas, and high-touch surfaces are sanitized. Floors are swept and mopped, the bathroom is fully cleaned and restocked, and trash is removed. Glassware and any event-use items are washed and sanitized according to food-service standards to ensure the space is clean, safe, and ready for each guest.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
