Our space is professionally cleaned and sanitized before and after every booking. High-touch surfaces (tables, chairs, door handles, restrooms, and common areas) are thoroughly disinfected using commercial-grade, eco-friendly cleaning products. Floors are vacuumed and mopped, trash is removed, and the space is reset to a clean, welcoming condition for every guest. We take cleanliness and presentation very seriously to ensure a safe, polished, and high-quality experience.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
