This is a one-of-a-kind luxury barn, newly built in 2023, designed with both beauty and functionality in mind. The space offers a warm, refined atmosphere that feels more like a high-end retreat than a traditional barn. The interior features fully finished wood throughout, herringbone-designed flooring, elegant chandeliers, and a stunning viewing room complete with a custom kitchen and a fireplace. The barn also includes a dedicated tack room and a 80’ x 140’ fully insulated and heated riding arena, making it comfortable and usable year-round. The entire structure is insulated and climate-controlled, allowing for shoots in any season. The exterior is equally impressive, finished in beautiful field stone with rounded wood doors, creating a timeless, upscale aesthetic that photographs exceptionally well. Horses are currently housed in the barn and can be included in your shoot for an additional fee (please contact us directly if you wish to have the horses present). If you prefer the space without horses, they will be relocated to the paddocks prior to your arrival for the day. This is a luxury, unique setting ideal for photo shoots and video productions only. No large parties are permitted, and no alcohol is allowed on the property.
