The home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every booking to ensure it is in pristine condition for each guest. High touch surfaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and commonly used areas receive extra attention, and all spaces are reset to their original layout and styling. After each booking, the home is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and reviewed to maintain the high standards expected of a Camelot model home. We take great care to protect the finishes, furnishings, and outdoor areas so the space remains photo ready and event ready at all times. Guests are expected to leave the space in generally the same condition as found, and any spills or issues should be reported promptly so they can be addressed.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
