Cleaning and Disinfecting At our office and studio, we follow CDC guidelines, with cleaning and disinfecting done daily and immediately following the visit of every guest. Commonly used surfaces including door handles, common area tables and restrooms are specifically tended to. Two hand-washing stations are available and hand disinfectant is located in multiple areas in the studio. Production Equipment Where possible, equipment is not shared among staff in order to minimize contact. A single person is dedicated to handling cameras, lights or sound equipment. When it is necessary for the crew to share, equipment gloves are worn. In the case production equipment is used by our client and talent such as microphones, we do not share mics. Each person has a dedicated mic that is disinfected with alcohol wipes before and after use, or the equipment remains untouched for 3 days. Clients are shown how to mic themselves to avoid any contact or close proximity to staff. Clients uncomfortable with touching production equipment may opt to utilize overhead boom mics and have zero contact with equipment. Social Distancing & Operations Our studio is 2,000 sq ft, 20′ ceilings and allows ample room for talent and camera crew to remain safely spaced. The studio has an HVAC system sperate from the rest of the building as well as two hospital grade air filters. If necessary, we can also arrange for you to enter the studio from a secondary entrance and have entirely no contact with staff.
