We keep the Event Space professionally maintained and reset between bookings. Before your booking, the space is inspected and refreshed—tables and high-touch surfaces are wiped down, floors are cleaned as needed, and the room is set to a neat, ready-to-use standard. After your booking, our team completes a post-event reset to prepare for the next guests. During your event, we ask that you manage basic tidiness as you go (dispose of garbage, wipe up spills right away, and keep food/drinks contained to your setup area) so the space stays clean and comfortable throughout your booking.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
