Cleaning Procedure & Cleaning Fee Policy To ensure a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for every guest, a cleaning fee applies to all bookings. This fee covers standard turnover cleaning and sanitation before and after each reservation. What the Cleaning Fee Covers • General cleaning and sanitizing of all used indoor spaces • Bathroom cleaning and restocking • Trash removal (standard use) • Light reset of furniture and common areas • Pool area surface cleaning (if used) Guest Responsibilities (Before Checkout) Guests are expected to leave the space in reasonable condition. Before departure, please complete the following: • Place all trash in the provided trash bins • Remove personal items, props, and equipment • Return furniture and décor to original positions • Wipe up any major spills immediately • Turn off lights, equipment, and appliances used • Secure doors and gates upon exit Additional Cleaning Fees May Apply If: • Excessive trash is left behind or not bagged • Food, grease, or liquids are spilled and not cleaned • Furniture is moved and not returned to original layout • Equipment is left dirty, damaged, or improperly stored • Pool is used and left with debris, glitter, oils, or non-approved items • Confetti, glitter, paint, or similar materials are used without approval Any excessive mess, damage, or biohazard cleanup will result in additional charges billed through Peerspace. Prohibited Without Prior Approval • Glitter, confetti, fake snow, paint, or powders • Smoke machines, fog, or residue-producing effects • Food or drink in restricted production areas Respect the Space This is a working creative environment and private property.
