This unique space doubles as a guitar studio and dorm-like overnight accommodation with multiple high end instruments, amps, and equipment available for you to play. Whether you're a musician, student, or just want to jam for fun, the studio offers a creative retreat. Complete with a full bathroom, washer/dryer, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and convertible sofa bed. Plus, enjoy access to the private patio Unfortunately, we do not allow acoustic drum kits due to our location in a residential neighborhood.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
