About Local Studio

Large 1000sq foot loft available for day rentals: perfect for small photo shoots, video, or castings. The space has South West facing natural light, clothing racks, a makeup table, a good amount of photography grip already there, a freight elevator outside, a passenger elevator, and free water and coffee pods. We prefer keeping the productions small with no messy materials.

Health and Safety Measures

We hire cleaners to do a thorough clean between renters. That being said, as you can see our studio is a bit older and classic loft style, and some of the surfaces have wear. It is for a relaxed artistic team, and our costs reflect that.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
