Furniture: Our wicker lounge sets and dining tables are wiped down with anti-microbial solutions to ensure they are free of dust, pollen, and debris.
2. Advanced Turf Hygiene
Debris Clearing: The all-weather turf is cleared of any organic matter using high-powered blowers and specialized turf rakes.
Sanitization: We utilize an enzymatic turf cleaner that is 100% biodegradable and non-toxic. This deep-cleans the fibers and eliminates any organic odors, making it safe for both children and pets.
Cooling Rinse: On warm Atlanta days, the turf receives a fresh water rinse shortly before your arrival to lower surface temperatures and provide a crisp environment.
3. Restroom & Interior Standards
Deep Clean: The designated guest restroom undergoes a full deep-clean including floors, fixtures, and mirrors.
Supplies: We provide premium touchless hand soap, high-quality paper towels, and hand sanitizer stations at the entrance.
4. Safety & Airflow
Outdoor Advantage: As a primary outdoor venue, our space offers maximum natural ventilation, significantly reducing the risk of airborne irritants.
Buffer Times: We maintain a minimum 1-hour buffer between all bookings to allow for thorough sanitation and to ensure the space is fully dry and ready for your setup.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
