About the Space

Our beautiful space in DUMBO features an abundance of natural light, moveable furniture, and a kitchenette. Private rooms offer a variety of additional layout options for your events. We have hosted everything from conferences to small workshops and art activations. Our space is multi-use and all orientation is modular. Our loft is equipped with a Projector, Speaker with Bluetooth microphones, multiple Alexa speakers for background music, and various lighting options for evening events. Each event will have an onsite staff member to support the experience for you and your guests. We can provide additional staffing upon request for $100 / hour. This is a Fully ADA Accessible building. Our location is conveniently located a 5-8 minute walk from the A,C, and F trains

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
