At The Cellar at 12 West, cleanliness and guest safety are a top priority. The space is professionally cleaned before every booking using commercial-grade disinfectants with a focus on high-touch surfaces including tables, chairs, bar tops, door handles, restrooms, and AV equipment. Floors are swept and mopped, trash is removed, and restrooms are fully sanitized and restocked prior to each event. We schedule sufficient turnaround time between bookings to ensure thorough cleaning and proper ventilation of the space. Our team completes a final walkthrough before guest arrival to confirm the venue is spotless, staged correctly, and ready for use. If additional cleaning services are requested for longer events or multi-day bookings, those can be arranged in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
