This home features a beautifully decorated living room with working a gas fireplace. It has a beautifully decorated breakfast nook, as well as a beautifully decorated formal dining area.. The kitchen is between the breakfast nook area and the formal dining room with all stainless steel appliance appliances. The open floor plan is beautifully made! There is a guest room that can be used on the main level. There is also a decorated back patio for outdoor scenery scenes. A two car indoor garage exist for space if needed as well as a small recording studio with door access in the garage. It has purple lights and would be great for music video scenes! “Using equipment is not permitted”! Studio can only be used as a prop. Home is modernized and ready for you to enjoy!

Home is disinfected and very clean. There’s a two hour cleaning minimum between bookings.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
