During the warmer months, approximately 65 percent of the space is open to the sky, allowing events to take place in natural light and sunshine, while partially covered areas provide shade and comfort throughout the day. After every full venue booking, the entire space undergoes a rigorous deep clean to reset for the next creative takeover.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
