At Galaxy Studio, we uphold hospitality-level cleanliness standards to ensure every guest experiences a pristine, elevated environment. The studio is professionally cleaned and carefully reset before every booking, with attention to detail that reflects a premium creative experience. All high-contact surfaces, equipment, furnishings, and shared areas are thoroughly sanitized between sessions. Floors and common spaces are refreshed, and the studio is ventilated to maintain a clean, comfortable atmosphere. We intentionally schedule buffer time between bookings to allow for meticulous preparation, ensuring the space feels flawless and ready upon arrival. Our team regularly inspects and maintains the studio so that every visit meets the highest expectations of quality and professionalism.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
