The home is thoroughly cleaned and reset before every booking. We sanitize all high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, counters, bathrooms, and common touch points), sweep/vacuum/mop floors, and remove trash. Kitchen and bathrooms are disinfected and restocked before arrival. We also air out the space and complete a final walkthrough so the property is clean, staged, and camera-ready for your crew.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
