What We Handle: Sweeping and mopping of all floors Standard waste removal (bin bags and general litter) Cleaning of bathrooms and public areas What You’re Responsible For: Clearing the kitchen: All surfaces must be wiped down, and any food, drinks, or supplies removed. Large item removal: Please remove all large décor items, boxes, balloon stands, or equipment from the main hall at the end of your hire. Rubbish disposal: Use the provided bin bags and bins. Any excess waste should be taken with you or discussed in advance. Important: Failure to meet these conditions may result in the loss of the £750 refundable deposit. We appreciate your cooperation and aim to keep the space clean, professional, and ready for everyone to enjoy.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
